• Occasionally, customer has the Following Feedback :
  "Antenna Goes Up when plug in and cannot retract down"
  
  This is due to the compatibility problem of your stereo system
  If this happened, you need to seek advise from Audio / Electrician to check or modify your Stereo Switch
  or if you can't get it solved, you can refer to the video in our youtube video to retract the antenna and send it back
  
  Please NOTE before purchase:
  • 1) This antenna is not for vehicle originally having the stereo system which has Variable adjustable Height.
  
  • 2) If your stereo has a manual Up & down, This will not Work !
  
  • 3) For OEM Factory stereo, there is a seperate ACM (Aerial Control Module) to the stereo, which can fails and you need to replace the module.
  
  • 4) For some aftermarket steroes, there are No ACM or the ECU (Electric Control Unit) or the ACM/ECU is not compatible
